A brilliant family-run storage facility. The whole process was easy and straightforward from start to finish, simple online booking, a really handy sheltered drop-off area, and secure, easy fob access whenever needed. Monica was especially helpful throughout, sorting everything promptly and always in a friendly, professional way. It’s clear they really care about making the experience smooth and stress-free. So we just moved down from Birmingham to Cornwall and after many many searches came across Swallows Storage and couldn't be happier. The stress of moving down and putting our worldly goods into storage wasn't so easy. In Birmingham we'd have so many choices, down here it's really limited to find the ideal unit. Wasn't putting our stuff in a container due to the moisture in the air that would ruin our furniture and electricals, needed a unit big enough to take a 2 bedroom house (and more). Also needed somewhere on the ground floor so that the removal company could easily unload the two lutons. So we turned up this morning after booking a 150 sq ft unit and instantly realised it wouldn't all fit in. No problem for the lovely Monica who transferred us straight away into a 200 sq ft unit. I dread to think what would have happened if she didn't have any empty units available. We also chose Swallows for it's security features and access. There are not many places down here where we can come and go until 11pm. Monica lives on-site as an added security feature. It's true there is a dehumidifier to suck any moisture if the shutter is open. And Molly the dog was there to welcome us, and she's a little cutie. Would highly recommend this storage facility as for us it's stressful enough moving house and jobs. Even the removal company commented on how good the place was and in such a nice location. We were looking for internal storage that was clean,modern with high tech security systems in place plus easy access to our possessions 7 days a week. Swallows Barn Storage more than ticked our requirements after exploring other options in the area. The online booking process was both  informative and easy to follow so we knew exactly what we were booking from the outset.
